Charles Henry Border born: Chesham, Buckinghamshire I am not sure if the year was in 1830 or 1836 because I have him in 1871 census as 42 and in the 1881 census 45.
He was married twice first to Harriet Lane and then to Mary Anne Beresford, my GG Grandmother
I am pretty sure his father’s name was Thomas Border.
I would like to find his mother’s name, if anyone can help with parish records etc. I would be most grateful

If you get his marriage cert then ot should clarify his fathers name and occupation, and so make it easier to find him pre-marriage with his parents

Yes Lizdb, his son was also Charles Henry and married Catherine Annie Blackburn, my Great Grandmother in Swansea, 1902
All the other posted seems correct even though the spelling of Border is different. Why didn't I think of looking for different spellings?
