Hi,
It looks like Brick Maker. His wife was a lacemender. All the children, down to the 2 year old were scholars.
They were living at 12, Rose Yard.
The actual image looks more like Brewill, rather than how it has been indexed - Brewell.

In the 1881 surname atlas for the 1881 census there are only 13 Bruell's.
2 in County Durham
2 in North Riding, Yorkshire
2 in Nottinghamshire
and 7 in Derbyshire
Maybe you could search these areas assuming the name hasn't be mis-transcribed 
Steve.
