Hi there,
Does anyone live near Breinton and could possibly tell me the name and address of the local newspaper ?

Also is there a local library or archive centre where copies  of old newspapers  are kept ?

Erm, there is a Breinton just to the west of Hereford.  If that is the one you are after, there are two local rags - The Hereford Times, and the Hereford Journal (free).  Some local history information is kept at Hereford Library, but most of the archive is at Hereford Record Office.  http://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/leisure/archives/3584.asp
