Long Shot- Stevenson/Lowrie
« on: Friday 10 July 09 13:17 UTC (UK) »

Hi everyone: This is a long shot -I know . I have an Agnes Stevenson born about 1810 ( Old Kilpatrick) died 1882. She moved to Glasgow and was married to James Wallace in 1822 in Abbey, Paisley. She was a widow before 1841 census.
On her death cert it lists Robert Stevenson and Agnes Lowrie as her parents.  I have searched SP and IGI but am unable to find any such pairing. Would anyone from the Dunbarton section be able to help?  I think I have reached to end of my searching; backwards anyway.
Most of my branches have gone past the early 1700s and even to 1620s- so I am happy about that.   I would like to start making connections with people who share my tree now.  Thanks  for any help in advance.  Donna
