WW2 Air Raid Shelters ?
« on: Tuesday 23 December 08 10:16 UTC (UK) »

Hello ,
I have been Google Earthing and have come across what looks a bit like an old air raid shelter site  in SE17. The site is bordered by Brandon St , East St , Snead St and Nursery Row . It looks like a bit of a pathway also . I wondered if anyone lived locally and could elaborate please . I used to go to East St market in the 1950's whilst visiting my gran in Stockwell .
Regards
Alan
