Normal doc on Microsoft WORD

Help! I've mucked up the template for my normal dot documents. The page is now only 10.5 wide and I have to change it on the Page setup. What can I do to fix it, please?
I'm using a PC with XP 2002 Works suite, which has the full Word processing program.

click on File ,Page setup, select `paper size, select A4 then click on `default' at the bottom left of the window.
That should set all the characteristics you set in that window to default.

I'm not sure if I've replied to you, I'm still working out how this answer sytem works. Thanks anyway for your suggestion, re normal.dot. It's now sorted and I'm back on an even keel .
