Burials will be recorded in the Nantwich St Mary's parish register. This is available in Nantwich Library or Chester CRO or the FHSC library.

Hello John,

The Nantwich parish registers have been transcribed and are online here up to 1871:

http://www.csc.liv.ac.uk/~cprdb/

If your ancestor died before 1871 and was buried at Nantwich you should be able to find the record there.  You can also look up the death index at www.freebmd.org.uk, or www.cheshirebmd.org.uk and find the reference to send for a certificate if required.

Jean

PS. Sorry, just realised you have already searched at the link above!  Embarrassed  As Peter suggests, if you can give us names and approximate dates we may be able to assist.
