hope someone can help I am looking for my grandfather's parents
PHOEBE JAMES  D /1953
HARRY/HENRY SCOTT D/1950

I know Phoebe's mother was Ocean Doe/Draper and her father was Aurther James
I think Harry's mother was named Jemima

thanks I've spoken to CitizenSmith what I'm after is ocean's daughter phoebe

I am such a twit on pasting this Ive just realized that granny Phoebe could have married that year I totally disregarded that granny Ocean was older

however i am still having trouble finding her date of birth i did find last night talking to my aunt that her sister who i had always known as Verity was in fact Elisabeth Vertina

On the same index page on Ancestry, there's also a Phoebe James and a Charles H Scott marrying in the same quarter, same registration district. So it would be interesting to see if it's a double marriage.
