Editting my website-HELP please

I have lost the user name/passwortd for my website.I didn't alter my user name-BUT cannot get the website to accept my usual one-and I know my password,BUT it will not work .
SO I cannot edit anything.Does ANY KS out there no what to do?Jean

Don't know if this is any help, but last night when I was trying to create my website it kept asking for my log-in and refusing to accept it.  Eventually I found that there is a little box at the top of the browser that says "log in" and when I used that everything was fine.
