Hi
Just joined this site and am interested in Cheshire Mounfields.  Got back to Thomas, born c 1818 in Whitegate (haven't found baptism recorded), married Anne Kitchen in Manchester then moved to Cambridgeshire.  Do you have any interest in this family?

Hiya Chay...go to www.csc.liv.ac.uk~/cprdb ... cheshire parish database site...there are 5 marriages from 1744 and 5 burials from 1751 for the Mounfield family in Whitegate....it looks like the family move to another parish DAVN.(Davenham)...1 Babtism here....there`s a Thomas Mounfield BURIAL in Whitegate,11 june 1861 aged 105....thats some age for those days....good luck...allan..ps if you find the site difficult to navigate PM me
