Hi Etch, my question was for Genie3249
I am not sure what you are asking ? Are you looking for some one to go and check to see if that grave has a headstone ? If you are going your self they will tell you at the reception where the grave is located but Mancsman has posted a cemetery plan on this thread already for every one?

Under stood Mancsman, but like i said if some one has a grave number, all you have to do is ask at Moston cemetery where the grave is located. It's not hard to do that is it Grin

Mancsman, a few have tried that duck tape on me but can't shut me up Grin
Memo to Migky" must remember to send Mancsman an up date on how things been going "

I must catch the office staff on bad days, because the look you get when you ask them a question would make most people  Cry LOL!!!!!

The exception to that are the ground staff, great bunch of lads, have helped me out a few times.  Grin

Large maps of the cemetery can be found located at both entrances to the cemetery.

I do also know a Curran family still living in Moston, maybe a connection?

To me old chum Migky "I can hear you from my house"  Grin don't need a phone. But I will stick with the duct tape, now I have sold all my research stuff on ebay, except the scchhhhhhh  "You know whats"  Wink Cheesy Grin LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It might help if you offered names/ranks/reg numbers of those you are looking for?
This might help.

Hi Migky,
I am after parents for John Joseph CURRAN & Mary Josephine MORAN
Hoping maybe theres is a headstone on their grave which they are listed.
Just a tad hard to go look myself from Aus...
I realise I dont have very much information to go on just wondered if I could get lucky but I have a horrible feeling James and Mary were both born in Dublin IRL.
Cheers

Would be a little hard to check from Oz  Grin

But to locate the stone we would need an actual date of death, if anyone was to walk into the office with just a year, they would say sorry, it would take up to much time looking. Or the other trick they would say of course but me have a charge of £XX

The best place the find their parents would be a marriage cert, have you looked for it?

Try emailling them explaining you are in Oz but plan to visit next year, or something like that.
