Sorry All, this is a recurring problem and I have no solution  Sad

At midnight (UK time) the surname list is updated and sometimes it misses out letters. 
Usually the missing letter is there again after the following midnight, but then another letter is missing .....  Roll Eyes

Not 100% sure, but it may have started after we had 65535 names in the table.
Anybody who knows anything about computers will recognise that number as being (computer) significant.

Now and then, when I have a bit of time, I have another look at the program
but I haven't found anything yet  *Grrrrh !!*

ps just looked in the database and they are all there, apart from X and that has it's reasons:
there are no RootsChatters searching for for people who's surnames start with X  Grin
(although there are 83 starting with Y and 27 starting with Z)

"G" has gone again - and I was hoping to find someone searching the same family as one of mine - the family of God  Cheesy

Actually looking for Greensmith but seem to have just as much luck with either  Roll Eyes
