Can someone check to see if there is information regarding these two people:
William Westley, d. 1876, Hardingstone, aged 75
Elizabeth (nee Blount) Westley, d. 1877, Hardingstone, aged 73
I'd like to know where they might be buried - they are hubby's 4xG-Grandparents and as we now live within 30 miles of Hardingstone, it would be nice to see if we could go and "pay our respects"!

I would expect them to be buried in the churchyard of St Edmunds church at Hardingstone. However in 1875 St Mary's Church at Far Cotton was built and a new parish created out of part of the parish of Hardingstone. Prior to that most of Northampton south of the river Nene was in Hardingstone parish.
When you refer to Hardingstone as their place of death from where does that information derive? If it comes from their death certificates the registration district of Hardingstone continued until 1924 but part of the civil parish was also renamed Far Cotton in 1895. Thus if they lived in the new parish of St Mary's they may be buried in that churchyard.

I found the information on FreeBMD yesterday evening - haven't yet sent for certificates.
We think that William was born in Roade, Northants., so I don't know if that means he might have been buried there near to other relatives.
Maybe we'll go and have a look around the churchyards you suggest.

Hardingstone Registration District which is what you would have found on FreeBMD covered a large number of parishes including Roade. See:
http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/genuki/reg/districts/hardingstone.html
While these are civil parishes they are also in most cases the CofE parish. If your only information is the district in which the death was registered you are looking at many churchyards. If they were not Anglicans the choice will be even wider.
To progress further you need to find out where they were living when they died. The 1871 census will help but really there is little option other than purchasing at least one death certificate.

They could be have been buried at the Baptist (Methodist) Chapel at Roade.
They were not noted in the Church Burial Records.

The Roade Baptist Church was converted into a private residence in the 1970s and so it is unlikely that any graveyard survives.
The Methodist Church I believe still exists but through the dim mists of time I don't remember a graveyard. However I could be wrong. The red brick church was built around 1900 but I believe the church hall was the originally the church and built around 1875.

Oh dear! I smell something fishy! 
Seahall - thanks for the PM - but having read the info there it seems the Westley family centred on Ashton/Roade, Northants., and no mention of a daughter "Anne".
This coupled with the 1881 census returns for Anne married to a Robert Newton suggest she was born in Holloway. I found a possible record of marriage for them in FreeBMD, in 1868, Pancras. Panning forward from 1881 the family line is accurate to the present day.
I'm now wondering if hubby's G-Aunt, who drew up the "original" family tree got her Anne Westley's mixed up, and I'm now going along the wrong line.
The only Anne Westley I can see on IGI (extracted records) being the right age with parents William and Elizabeth was Christened in Little Abington, Cambs.
Hmmmm!

....but then, having another look on FreeBMD, I find a record for an Ann Westley, Sep qtr 1840, born Hardingstone!
.....and Ada Blunt Newton, b. Mar qtr 1869, Islington - this would be Ann's daughter. She appears as Ada B Newton on the 1881 census with her family.
Something odd is going on here....! Think I'll have to order some certificates....!

Have sent in a P.M. to Stoney confirming the family of William and Elizabeth
being in Middlesex for the years 1841-1861 and then William and Elizabeth
back in Roade for 1871 censuses.
