Hi, I'm new to this so forgive me if I'm in the wrong spot or don't give the correct information, but I guess the moderator will kindly put me in the correct spot if neccessary. I am searching for information on my 5 x Great granparents, Patrick Cumming b Abt 1686, Rosneath and Mary McFarlane, b abt 1699, also Rosneath. Apparently they owned the Barremman Estate in Rosneath. Patrick's fathers name may have been Walter. I can't seem to get any further down the line, and this forum I'm hoping, may be able to assist me. I have been sent photos of Rosneath burial ground tombstones by a lovely lady, which helped fill in some gaps, but I'm trying to get a bit further in my search. Thanks in advance and let me know if I need to give more information. Greg Cumming

Hi, thanks for those. That's the same person for both your suggestions. We have been in contact for some time and are really both at the same point. Thanks anyway.
