1871 census - liverpool dougherty

I am looking for my Gt Grandmother, Elizabeth Dougherty. born in Liverpool about 1861 so I am assuming she would be about 10 years old, she may have had a sister margaret, other than that I know nothing else. this is a bit of a shot in the dark?

FOUND THIS FAMILY IN THE 1871 CENSUS

CANT READ ADDRESS VERY HARD TO READ
