Hi Alan

I haven't forgotten, just not able to drive myself at the moment.  (No, not banned!)  Would help if the wretched place was open on Saturdays.

OK Alan, here is what you were after – at last!

Rachel was baptised at Fawley on 17 Dec 1809, daughter of Thomas and Sarah Brown (nee Witts).

I didn’t find the marriage or births of either of the parents in Fawley PRs, unfortunately, but here are the baptism dates of Rachel’s other children in case you want them.

Thomas 23 Sep 1832 (son of Rachel Brown b/b)
George you already have

Her children with Joseph Froude:
Emma 22 Jul 1841
Joseph 12 Mar 1843
Sarah 1 Sep 1844
Harriet 25 Dec 1846
Charlotte 25 Dec 1848
Julia 15 Dec 1850 (buried 9 Jan 1854 aged 3)

Joseph, her husband, buried 29 Apr 1856 aged 69
Rachel buried 3 Feb 1883 aged 73

Their marriage is also recorded in the Fawley transcripts with the same details you already have; the witnesses are named as Jas.Willoughby, Hannah Brown and Mary Ann Froude.

I only had time to check the transcripts, not the originals, as I had a number of other things to pursue.  Sorry it’s taken so long, but I’ve been a bit stranded the last few weeks.

PS  Looks like Rachel's parents married in Lambourn on 16 June 1804 - see IGI.
