Where would I access marriage records for Ardara Donegel  1860 and beyond

The answer really depends on what sort of ceremony (Catholic or Protestant) and whether before or after 1864.
Civil registration of Catholic marriages began 1864 so before that date you need to search for church records (if they exist).
For non-Catholic marriages (including Registry Office) civil registration began in 1845.

It was Catholic records I don't know wether I would find them in Dublin or not they were for Donegal thanks adowney

Not sure where you live but LDS have copied the Catholic church records for Ardara Parish, Donegal- see LDS catalog:

I live outside Glasgow Scotland,

I have quite a lot of records for Ardara but nothing pre 1864, I ordered records at my local history centre but couldn't read them as they were so poor and the viewing machines were not good enough.  I know the local catholic church in Ardara was built in 1903 and it is called Church of The Holy Family does anybody know what the church before the 1903 one would have been called?
