Hi my great grandfather was JOSEPH BARLOW born 1838 in Cuddington Malpas Cheshire he was a twin to Mary. His parents i believe were John Barlow and Elizabeth Evans. they married in 1830 in Malpas here is the igi that someone sent me

1838 Mary BARLOW Malpas ML/1/40
The certificate would confirm if you have the right parents. You can order using the form from the above site, or from the GRO using the reference below:
Dec Q 1838 Wrexham 27 231 - Mary and Joseph have the same reference number.
