Need help locating Walter Perks parents. Im told Walter took his mother's last name. Walter was born 1869 -/+ 2 years. He married Sarah Ann Workman April 6th 1890.
I have there marriage cerf but the space where has parents
signed was blank. Walter was 22 at the time of marriage and Sarah Ann was 18. Sarah Ann was born 1873.
Walter was a boot/shoe maker.
Any help would be a big help...
