I'm sorry but I find your post quite hard to follow!
If you have "cut and paste" items, them can I gently remind you that is in breach of copyright. The info needs to be typed out yourself.
Anyway this looks like the John Crew/Eliza nee Locke family in 1881 (have you not seen it? 1881 free to search) It ties up with the Crew/Locke marriage you have found in 1870 though not with Eliza having a place of birth in Northnats

Getting her marriage cert to find father's name and occupation would ber a good step to finding her earlier.
There is a 12 yr old Eliza Lock on 1871 RG9 921 13 19 visiting a Joseph and Ann Williams - looks complicated as h/h has a daughter in law age 7, maybe step daughter, also called Lock there ......

Sorry I hadnt realised Id done something naughty( Should I be trying to delete the post).I havent applied for a birth certificate before and as you say there are a few variations on age and place of birth and Im not sure if I should be asking for Lock or Locke Eliza or Elizabeth ..what year born etc. Im still in my early days at this all and havent got lots of funds to waste on the wrong Elizas cert as nice as Im sure all Eliza Lockes are I want to make sure I have the correct one .
As it is hard to pinpoint her birth, that is why i suggest you take one small step at a time - and go for her marriage cert first. You are sure that this marriage is the right eliza Locke, so any info gleaned from it will widen your knowledge of Eliza and her family, thus making finding the right birth easier and more reliable. Hopefully the marriage cert will give her fathers name and occupation, which might make finding Eliza, or her family, as a child easier, and therfore be a step to narrowing down her birth, her parents marriage and step by step going back. You may also find the addresss on it helpful or teh witnesses - you just never know with this hobby what will turn out to be a good investment and what was not!

There were Lockes/Lock's in Northamptonshire area, mainly in Thorpe Mandeville, Sulgrave and Brackley areas. They migrated to Leamington Spa in Warwickshire where there is still some there. The locks are my paternal family. I have found the family both with and without the "E", remember that a lot of people could not write or read, so were dependant on the enumerator to transcribe correctly.
