I do not have the 1861 census but did find these Baptisms.

Hi Joanne

I could not see a 13 year old Thomas Davis in Chatteris (or any Thomas Davis's at all for that matter) and the only Ann Davis as mentioned by Frances was 23, so it wasn't her.
