Looking for information on the Broun/Brown family...last member of family Andrew Broun, died in Pinner, Middx and was apparently a surgeon, before that have some info of Andrew Broun who married Margaret Mackenzie from Coal, marriage solemnized at Edinburgh and they had four children, Janet, Grizel Hume, Henrietta and Margaret. They lived at Dolphinton. Possible that Andrew died in 1746 . Grizel married Kenneth Mackenzie eldest son of John Mackenzie of Devine in 1748.

Also Mary Ann Broun, who was the cousin of  the last Andrew Broun who died at Pinner, was the daughter of an Ebenezer Broun, of Biggar?,  Mary Ann Broun his daughter? married John Marshall of Sandal Yorks, he was a liberal agent/politician called Happy Jack.
A lot of info but am having difficulty trying to trace the Broun's/Browns', they may have loved in DOlphington and/or Biggar ...found Mary Ann marriage to John, but thats all so far...oops1 did also See in Scotland s people the marriage details for Kenneth and Grizel...but nowt else yet...any help or other 'family' links most appreciated and welcome. In particular looking for for Mary Ann's dad who I think was Ebenezer Brown and he may have been in the 17th Lancers??

please?
