1901 Census lookup- Frederick Walters ON TWICE. PLS IGNORE THIS ONE.
« on: Sunday 18 January 09 18:23 UTC (UK) »

Hello,

I am trying to find my great grandfather in the 1901 census. I found him in the previous years but 1901 eludes me:

His name is Frederick Walters
His DOB is 1878 in Wroughton Wiltshire
His Dad is William Walters of Pimperne, Dorset
His Mum is Annie Walters of Pimperne, Dorset

Any help or pointers would be greatlyappreciated.

Many thanks
Lyndsey

Tricky one - neither he nor his parents (unless they had Staffs roots, and were just living in Pimperne ? ) show up - I saw he was at a boarding school in Melcombe Regis in 1891, with a classic mistran !

when does he next show up - marriage ?

got him in 1911 yet ?

Hi Newf,

No record of military involvement.

His dad (William) was born in Hednesford, Staff.

The next record I have of him is 1908 - I have his marriage certificate - and then the 1911 census. His wife is Violet Kathleen Scott.

Thanks again
