Mini Meet in Cheshire

Hi Cheshire Researchers

My family and I have again booked the Holiday Chalet for the half term week in February 2009.

We will be at New Mills from Friday 20th February to Friday 27th Feb 2009

During the course of that week, how about a mini meet in Macclesfield or Alderley Edge or somewhere similar - have a cup ot tea and a good chin wag - but most of all get to put faces to names and cement new friendships.

Is any one up for it?

I do hope so

Thanks for that, I appreciate it

As I am in the area for 7 days, I am open for suggestions as to the day and location

We will wait for a few more replies and then see where people would like to meet, wherever it is, its got to have a coffee shop or something similar so we can 'chew the fat' over a cup of tea or something.

I've just posted a link to the Cheshire FHS Family History day at Northwich.  It's Saturday 21st February, is that a possible venue?

Yes, I had seen the advertizing for this event - but unfortunately, I will be back in Hastings on Saturday 21st.  The chalet that we have in New Mills is from Friday 13th pm to Friday 20th am, as it had already been booked for that weekend.

So unfortunately cannot attend the Family History Day at Northwich

just been in Dundee for a couple of weeks working....I go around Britain as a shopfitter so I can`t say for definite whether I will be there,but if I`m off that weekend,I`ll see you there...allan Smiley
