Hi Could someone look up a birth for me please
Thomas Vasey born circa 1824 Roscommon, Ireland according to the 1861 english census he was born there trying to find his parents and siblings

Civil registration of births in Ireland started in 1864 so there will be no birth certificate to look up. For pre 1864 dates you need to search for church records (if they exist) but to do so you need to know the family's religion and where they lived (parish if not actual townland).

there's a couple of Vasey entries on Griffith's valiation a little bit later (approx 1850/1860).... including a Vasey household in Co. Roscommon

You did not say where in England. So I don't know if this will help.
In the Spion Kop Old Cem: in Durham England.
There is a Thomas Vasey son of Joseph and Dorathy died in 1879 age 22yrs this would make him born in 1857.
Apart from Thomas there are about 14 other Vasey's Lep

Hi Lep these Vaseys seem to have stuck around leeds . Aint  mine I`m only bin tormented to search for them by someone in Leeds. I have access to english records. Thanks for the offer anyway
