This is a fantastic development for research in Ireland. The LDS seem to have jumped into the 21st Century with this pilot database.
I worry that your post may get a little lost on this board, might be worthwhile posting on the general Scottish board so that more people get to see it. I assume it is already on the general Irish Board!

I am really chuffed with this new database. Daisy Loo and lots of us have been hunting down one of her ggg's and whilst she had the date of marriage in 1846, she now has the full refs. to be able to order the cert. Hurray!
