searching names
« on: Thursday 29 January 09 05:10 UTC (UK) »

I think this is a brilliant idea and have put as many as my names up as I can.
I have contact a few different people to see if there is any links.

As more people are adding to the table the harder it is to search.
Looking at my Simpson names, there does not seem to be any order in which they are placed.
ie: all Yorkshire together, all my interests together.etc
It makes for difficult searching and was wondering if there was anyway this could be solved.

Hi Meg,

Are you talking about the the normal "Surname Search" ??

Try this:
click on "Advanced Search",
enter simpson
select England in the "drop-down" country list
click on confirm
select Yorkshire in the "drop-down" county list
click on Show Search Results

Any better ?  Grin

You can also add a Place name to search on.
