Oxfordshire FHS Open Day - Saturday 26 September 2009
« on: Saturday 11 April 09 07:48 UTC (UK) »

As you may be spending time over Easter making plans for later in the year,
now may be a good time to tell you of Oxfordshire FHS's plans for its
Open Day 2009, on Saturday, 26 September.

The OFHS Executive Committee has been concerned that our venue in recent
years has had the problem for some visitors of having some stalls in a lower
area reached only by steps, and rather crowded car parking.

We are very excited to be able to tell you that we have a new-to-us venue of
the Marlborough Enterprise Centre in Woodstock this year.  This is a totally
level and fully accessible site, with plenty of car parking.  The
Marlborough Enterprise Centre is a modern building on the Marlborough Church
of England School site.  Woodstock is just 8 miles north west of Oxford on
the A44, and not far from Kidlington, where Open Day has been held for the
last few years.

Details of location, facilities and last year's stall holders, all of whom
have been invited for this year, are on our website at
http://www.ofhs.org.uk/OpenDay.html .

We're looking forward to seeing many of you on 26 September, and
will keep you updated nearer the time.

Keep the date free!

Wendy
Chairman, Oxfordshire FHS
