Info on Jane Sophia (Morrison) Senior

I am hoping that someone is tracing the family of Jane Sophia Morrison born Newry Ireland in approx 1821 daughter of Dr John Morrison & Matilda Sillery.
Jane married Richard Senior s/o Thomas & Letitia in York Ontario on Jan. 10, 1871.
I believe Jane is the sister of the Dr John Morrison that I am looking for. If you read this and have any information, or think you are related I would appreciate a reply. This is a very difficult family to trace.
