If someone is going to the Derbyshire Records office is it possible for them to look up something for me, I have been told that the Parish Records for Alfreton are not on line but the records for burials at St Martins Church are kept there with a reference D654. I am looking for the burial of George Bond who from an inquest report in Derby Mercury 6/1/1830 was burnt 4/12/1829 and died about two weeks later from burns. I am hoping his wife's names might be mentioned, as I have info that his wife Mary remarried 31/1/1831 taking her two sons, Andrew and George with her. Also I am hoping it has his age, as the man in the inquest is said to be 47 whereas if the birth/christening dates I've been given would make him 37. But then again he may not have been christened until 10. Any help would be much appreciated. BELLBIRD
