This page from Lismore Cricket Club's website mentions Waterford Cricket club. If you can't find what you're looking for there there's a contact address which you could send an email to for help.

The book "Waterfords yesterdays and tomorrows" by J.J. Walsh, published 1967, has photographs of members of some city cricket clubs from the late 19th century, and some information on them, it can be got at Waterford City Library.
