Firstly may I say what a great job you are doing!

Secondly do you know of a Patrick Morris burried at Tow Law?

Thank you for your help.

Hello Margaret.  There are two  burials for patrick Morris, but no gravestones.
The first is for Patrick Morris 1870 age 18 months and the other is for patrick Morris 1931 age 65 years.

Thanks so much ~Adam

I must check with my dad but I think that the elderly Patrick Morris may be his grandfather.  Thank you

Hi Adam,

Thanks for doing this and if there's not too many, could you post the Fleming entries for Tow Law please?

Hello Ru. When I first read the posting I thought there would be a number of Fleming gravestones but there is only one.
It is from St Philips graveyard (with only 21 gravestones)
It has been laid flat but is unbroken.
There are no Fleming stones in the municipal cemetery.

In memory of Fred, dearly beloved son of George and Maria Fleming, died August/12/1880 aged 8 months.

May I ask what religion were the Fleming family?

Many thanks Adam. I'm not sure about religion at this stage but will let you know when I get something other than CofE. The father, George was a boot maker from Wolsingham s/o Joseph & Elizabeth nee PEART.

Best Wishes

Hello Lynda. What dates are you looking for on the Tow Law gravestones?
There are eleven stones dating from 1907 to 1989.
