From the 1 April 2009, the General Register Office (GRO) information for the public will move from the current website http://www.gro.gov.uk  to http://www.direct.gov.uk/gro
The web address for the GRO online ordering service will remain the same and can be found at http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates
It has already changed  Smiley
