No Sophia Dewberry or Stamford Berridge in Hunts 1754-1837 in Hunts Marriage Index. If they had an illegitimate daughter in 1816 any marriage must be after this date. As the daughter was baptised in Cambs they might have married there, if indeed they married, which I doubt. The only Stamford Berridge I can find in censuses lived in Whittlesey, which is where the illegitimate child was baptised, but was born 1802-3 which seems a bit precocious to be having a child in 1816, but not impossible, and his wife was Jane
