DRURY travellers
« on: Saturday 18 October 08 23:53 UTC (UK) »

Hi

I'm a complete newbie here but i've been searching for my irish ancesters my gt gt grandmother, a Maria Drury in particular and not had any luck at all . I'm told she came from ireland and had a romany background but i'm not sure at all.  Does the name Drury appear on any romany lists?  She was born around 1840 and her parents were a John Drury and Bridget o'byrne

thanks
