McDermott's of Kilronan, Brennan's, Hunt's, Mchugh's of Boyle, Roscommon
« on: Wednesday 18 February 09 00:50 UTC (UK) »

Researching the McDermott's from Kilronan: siblings:
Thomas  b. abt 1811      Winifred b. abt 1813     Bridget b. ?
All immigrating to US and settling in Minnesota in 1856

Winifred  McDermott married Thomas Brennan in the Boyle parish in 1837.  Children:  Maria, Thomas, Eleanor, Michael and Winifred all baptized in the Bolye parish.
Thomas and Winifred Brennan immigrated to Boston, then Lowell, MA in 1848 and then to Minnesota in 1857.  Thomas came with a brother, don't know his name.

McHugh's brothers Joseph and Thomas are found in Lynn and Lawrence MA in 1855.  One of them lives with his father Dominick McHugh.
Thomas McHugh married Jane Hunt
Joseph McHugh married Catherine ?
I believe they married in Ireland; as Jane and her brother Michael Hunt were born   to Johannes Hunt and Eleanora Brennan, again recorded in the Boyle Parish records.
Any help would be greatly apprecitated!
