If the family remained in Lincs, which presumably you can establish from burials/deaths and censuses, you'd probably stand more chance of success by posting on the Lincs board

As you asked for his children and as you have his baptism I assumed you must have had his parents names. There's no Burton marriage in Stanground 1756-1837, so it's vital that you give details of his parents
There's only one Burton burial in Stanground 1708-1900 - William on 21 Jan 1800, but no age is given, so you need to check the parish register to see if there is any more detail
Stanground parish register isn't available as a transcript from Hunts FHS, but it has been filmed by the LDS so is available to order and view at your nearest LDS Family History Centre

The first step would seem to be to confirm the baptism entry at Stanground, and to see if there are any other Burtons baptised there
In 1851 the following Burtons also gave their birthplace as Stanground James 60 living in Whittlesey Cambs, a farmer of 142 acres Pearce 62 living at Whaplode, Lincs, a labourer (his wife Elizabeth 53 was from Pinchbeck)

In 1841 he was in Whaplode and it looks like Pierce or Pearce but transcribed as Paris! In 1861 he was Pearsey and he died as Pearcy. I wonder if it was a surname of a mother/grandmother rather than Percy - other than Percy Bysshe Shelley I don't recall seeing any other Percys before 1800, and there are very few on the IGI.
