Baylis in Bromsgrove
« on: Wednesday 18 February 09 22:38 UTC (UK) »

I am searching for the family of Samuel Baylis born 1823 in Bromsgrove to John, a grocer, and his wife Ann. Other children included: George 1811, Benjamin 1813, and Ann & Sarah 1818.
Searching for John and Ann's marriage is difficult as there were several before 1811, but I have narrowed it down to one most likely possibility, Ann Horton in 1808 in Stoke Prior.
Son Samuel also went by the name John and usually gives his birthdate as between 1826 and 1830 in the census. He married in London in 1848 and worked there as a coachman.

Does anyone have any connection to this family? I would love to trace them back further.
