there seems to  hetheringtons on both my grandfathers charlton side in longtown and my granny agnes kerrs side in ruthwell and mouswald  csc

does anyone know what the local newspaper would be for longtown dec.1935 i am trying to find my grandfathers drowning on 22/12/1935 his name joseph sparks charlton this is his photo on my details  csc

i have heard they lived at killpool cottage when joseph died he is buried arthuret csc
