hello,i was wondering if anyone can find any documentary evidence linking these two,at the moment i only have circumstancial stuff.pleasant is on the 1841 born 1781 kent,living with ann laman born 1826.a couple of doors away is stephen spain born 1800 kent ,labourer,his wife sophia spain nee mumford born 1801 kent,and family.on the 1851 pleasant minford(mumford) born1876 sarre is living with richard darty(darby) born 1821 sturry,his wife sophia born 1822 ramsgate and family.richard is a fish dealer/hawker and pleasant mumford is described as his grand-mother in law.this would suggest that shes sophias grand mother.mumford is probably her married name.a couple of doors away is stephen spain and sophia nee mumford and he is also now a fish dealer/hawker.given that both pleasant mumford and sophia mumford were both born in sarre near ramsgate about 25 years apart,and the geographical closeness and fish dealing connection,i think they must be related,but how?any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks.
