George H Hooper B: abt 1815 Haverfordwest Pembrokeshire, Wales
he married ann jenkins(i think)Birth:      abt 1817 Drewston Pembrokeshire, Death: 14 Apr 1894

they had 3 kids

George Hooper Birth:    abt 1856 St.Thomas Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales
James Hooper Birth:    abt 1858 HAVERFORDWEST Dyfed Wales
Mary Hooper Birth:    abt 1861 ST.THOMAS HAVERFORDWEST Dyfed Wales

can anyone provide any information?? on ann jenkins?? and george h hooper??? who ws his father? who were anns family?? Huh

Ann Hooper head widow aged 40yrs Dairy servant b. pembrokeshire
William Jenkins Brother m aged 32yrs b. haverfordwest
George son aged 9yrs
James son aged 4yrs
Mary daughter 2yrs
all born haverfordwest.
Looked for George Hoopers death in Pembrokeshire cannot see it , could he have been a sailor?
Can anyone see the family in 1851

Have been trying to find this Hooper lot.
I don't see a marriage for George Hooper to an Ann Jenkins.
Have put out a request for the family in 1851 census not sure if you have that info already.
Have found births of
James Hooper 1857 Haverfordwest
Qtr 2nd vol-11a page-710 this on FreeBMD site

Mary Elizabeth Hooper 1859 haverfordwest
Qtr 3rd vol-11a page-707- confirmed this date on St Catherines index

There is no george birth 1849-1852 Haverfordwest there is a John 1849.
If you do decide to send for a certificate go for Mary's has I have confirmed that entry.

Given that brother William is a shoemaker in 1861, this could be him in 1851

Barn St, Haverfordwest HO107/2478 folio 141 pg 8
Martha Jenkins head widow 53 washerwoman
William son 22 shoemaker
Elizabeth dau 13
all born St Mary's Haverfordwest

there's a possible baptism for Elizabeth 12/9/1837 daughter of Martha IGI batch C081081 Haverfordwest St Mary
Same batch has a baptism for a William Jenkins son of Evan & Martha 18/6/1828 and Charles bp 11/2/1836 son of Martha. No Ann though.

Haven't found this family as yet in 1841.
