Using Griffiths I dont see the surname Costray in Ireland around at that time - but I see the following names that could have been misheard or mis-transcribed as Costray :

the marriage of Mary and Edward and the birth of Ellen are well before civil registration started (1864) so finding details will be difficult.

There are baptism transcripts on the IFHF website (www.irish-roots.ie ) but no matches for any surname beginning with 'COSTR...' The closest surnames that I see any results for are Costigan & Costin.
