Hi

I've tried numerous times today to register for a website as advertised - I have completed the form correctly, supplied personal details etc but when I move from section 2 to 3 all I get is an internal server error and then I'm put back to the previous (now unfilled) page !  Help please. Karen,

Have you got to the stage where it says:


Account authorization code has been sent to your email: myemail@myemailaddress.com
After account activation and admin approval you wll get login information by email.
(for whatever your email address is)

I filled in the personal details form, including reproducing the number at the base then pressed continue - I get bounced back with an internal error message 1

Did you click the "I have read the Service Agreement and agree to its terms.", and select the "Category" and the other details too?

No - just tried again and made SURE I filled out everything (I even read the terms & conditions again, just in case  Grin). This is the message I received at 'continue' - so it's still ... help!

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.  Please contact the server administrator,  and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
