Dear all I need a bit of help I am trying to finde out the parents of my G grandfather
William Mcknight born 1842 belfast I know he came to england as a small boy has anyone got the 1851 and 61 census for cumberland   and could look see if he is on  I know he married in cockermouth cumberland in 1869 i have the cert.I also have him 1881 census living maryport I know from my grandmother birth cert they were living there in 1871
he was a fireman/stocker in the pit
