Electoral rolls for Catshill?

My ancestor George Dallow lived in Greenhill Cottage, Rocky Lane, Catshill in the early part of the 1920's.
Does anyone know if any electoral rolls are available in order to find out when he began to live there?
Also, does anyone know of a way to find out when he purchased the cottage which would be another way of finding out when he began to live there?
Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi Treefan,

I think the most likely place would be Worcester Record Office.  Contact them to check whether it's Spetchley or the History Centre.  Although I suspect Spetchley.  He may have not necessarily applied for voting in the year he moved in though.  I don't know the mechanics of the time.

Land Registry is probably the only answer to check the deeds.
