Hi, I uploaded my own (fully workingat another site) website to the rootschat space, but on the rootschat ,some images do not work. They work fine on mine. My ftp prog seems to say they are transferring but they are not. Is it the file name size that your server does not like. The only thing I can see is it is picking on files of a certain name length. The file format should be ok. Thanks for any advice
I'm having similar problems - make sure there are no spaces in the title - not a "tiff" or "bmp" extension either - both these work on the trial but not on the web site.
Not sure about length - seems they can be 17 letters and they still work - but others wont load - so why??
Cheers
Keith

The general tip is to keep filenames lower case with no spaces or funny characters. Images need to be less than 1Mb in size (which is pretty massive anyway if you are trying to view them online). Also make sure the file extension is lower case .jpg or .gif (not .JPG and .GIF).
