Hi.
Looking for William Bennett who was in the RN in WW2,his father was Harry/Edward Bennett.
The Bennetts were/are linked to Berriew/Garthmyl,my mum remembered him as Uncle Billy and she remembers he told her of being torpedoed/sunk during his time in the war.
I think his uncle was Alfred/Alf Bennett who married Mary Elizabeth Hughes whose marriage photo i have posted.
Any pointers would be great.
