Hello
It does seem that we have the same family, I too have Sarah in my tree as Emma Jane's sister and I have John as William's father but I just guessed the date at about 1804 thankyou for confirming it as 1799.The spelling of the name is very confusing it throws you off the scent of finding the info you are after because on 3 different certificates with Emma Jane's name on it is spelt 3 different ways on her Birth Cert it was spelt Pellucy, on her Marriage Cert it was Pelucie and on on her son William's (my grandad)it was spelt Pelusy.
I wish I could help you with some photos but the only photo I've got in connection to my Great Grandma is 1 of her grave taken in St Giles Church Cemetery Killamarsh if that is any good to you ,I would love to see the photo of Sarah but I'm afraid I'm not a paid member of Ancestry, the only other way would be to swap e-mail addresses.
Was Peter Paulucci b.1762 John's father?

yes Pietro Paulucci of York (where he first arrived in England during his late teens) married Lydia Rowbothom of Newark in 1783 (she was born in Leicester, her father was a William also). John 1799 was their last child (that I can find anyway). There is talk that Pietro (Peter) was involved in building works to the York minster (how true this is I do not know). He was also listed as a merchant in York, this is probably how he found himself in the country. Peter died age about 95 years in Sutton Bonnington and married his third wife aged about 80.
As regards the Paulucci surname Ive had Palucie as well but also Palivil which is nowhere near. This last one was particularly difficult... my great uncle believed that there had been Italians in the family but we did not know where or what their name was so it has taken me two years to make the Paulucci connection. Not only does their name change but so does the location (many of the Pauluccis did not know where they were born). One useful link is that much of the extended Paulucci family were brickmakers.
Anyway I should be able to invite you to join my tree on ancestry.co.uk as a guest if it would be possible to have your email mine is, somethingreallyrandom_2@hotmail.com and yes any images would be welcome as most of my research is internet based or from record offices.

Tom

P.s My great Grandma Emma Hayes nee Hughes was named after her mothers sister Emma Jane Paulucci your ancestor.
This should be more clear from viewing the tree itself... I tend to confuse people otherwise.
