Charles BELL was born in Exeter

and he is in 1851 census aged 3 at Exe Street Philips Court with parents John and Ellen.
I would like to know where he might have been in 1861 and 1871.
He does'nt show up on the 1881 as his parents are at the Coffinswell School Board House where their daughter Elizabeth is School Mistress.
Charles shows up in OZ in 1883 where he married Louisa GILL.
If anyone has the Exeter 1861 and 1871 I would really appreciate a look up.

I found a man, correct birth year and place as a soldier in barracks in Hampshire. Good luck with this  Cool
