"Complete" Caravan Painting/ Barras
« on: Tuesday 03 March 09 13:27 UTC (UK) »

I believe that one of my fathers uncles or cousins painted Traveling peoples caravans in the Bishop Auckland area of County Durham. The family name is Barras (they came from Bd Castle) forename possibly Thomas or Frederick.

Does anyone have any information about this

Thanks for the info, you make it sound as though Joe is still alive? he would be my fathers cousin.

Do you know if his father was Thomas or Fred
